Industrialized construction and technology strategy
From projects to products.
Fabrik Advisory helps developers, builders, and manufacturers bring industrialized construction and technology into their business. We set the strategy and implement it, as advisors or fractional technology and product leaders.
What we do
Three lines of work, from strategy to implementation.

Technology and product strategy
Technology roadmaps, product definition and platform decisions, including adoption and implementation alongside your team.
For leadership teams deciding where to invest, and in what order.

Industrialized construction and MMC
Business cases for prefab and MMC, factory and platform strategy, and design for manufacturing and assembly.
For developers and builders adopting prefab, and manufacturers building a platform.

Fractional leadership and R&D
Part-time CTO, CPO or COO roles and applied R&D, for companies that need the capability before they can hire it.
For companies that need senior leadership to carry the strategy into practice.
Where we come in
Industrialization works when strategy, product and factory are planned as one system.
Developers, builders and manufacturers know technology and industrialized construction could change their business, but rarely have the in-house capacity to get there. Clients usually come to us with one of these questions.
- Should we launch, rethink or scale a factory or platform?A platform and factory strategy that fits your volume, product mix and partners.
- Why do our designs keep failing at manufacturing?Design rules and DfMA reviews that fix the problem upstream, where it starts.
- What technology roadmap will our investors find credible?A roadmap that ties every investment to a product and a market.
- We need a CTO. Can we hire one yet?Senior technology leadership, part time, until the permanent role is clear.
- Does prefab or MMC pay off for our project or pipeline?A business case that counts schedule and cash flow as well as cost.
How we work
We recommend, then we stay to implement.
- 01
Diagnose
A few weeks with your pipeline, cost data, partners and people. The result is a clear view of where industrialization pays in your business, and where it does not yet.
- 02
Decide
Business cases and a roadmap, phased so that each phase ends in a decision only your leadership can make.
- 03
Implement
We stay to put the plan into practice with your team: pilots, partner selection, product definition, and fractional leadership where you need it.
